Refund Policy for Vedic Meet Website/App

This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains when and how you may receive a refund for services purchased on the Vedic Meet website ("Website") or mobile application ("App") (collectively, the "Platform").
Please note: These terms are separate from the Terms of Use, which govern your overall use of the Platform.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Generally, no refunds will be given once your order for a consultation or report has reached the "processing" stage (where a consultant is assigned). We encourage you to carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase or connecting with the consultant or astrologer.
However, there are limited exceptions:
- Cancellation within 60 Minutes: If you wish to cancel an order before it's processed (consultant is not assigned), you may contact customer care within 60 minutes of making the payment. The decision to grant a refund will be at the sole discretion of Vedic Meet.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues on the Platform that prevent your request from being processed (e.g., consultant delays due to website/app malfunctions), you may be eligible for a refund .
- Incorrect Information Provided: If you provide incorrect information during registration and this error prevents the service from being delivered (e.g., wrong contact number for "Call with Consultant" feature), you may be eligible for a refund. However, you are responsible for double-checking all details before submitting your request. We recommend contacting customer care within 60 minutes of the service being performed to request a correction.
2. Services Not Covered by Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for the following:
- Unsatisfactory Outcomes: The services we provide are not intended to replace medical or emotional treatment. Vedic Meet is not responsible for the actual effects of astrological remedies on human health. You acknowledge that using these services is your choice and we are not liable for any outcomes.
- Missed Calls: If you choose the "Call/Chat/Video Call with Consultant" feature, ensure your contact number has good reception and answer the call when it comes in. Refunds will not be granted for connected calls .
- Processing Fees: Any processing fees deducted by the bank or payment gateway during the transaction will not be refunded.
- Server Issues: If the Website or payment gateway experiences server problems (slowness, failure, timeouts), please check your bank statement before making another payment.
3. Multiple Payments
If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same order, Vedic Meet will refund the extra payments in full, without deducting any transaction charges.
4. Order Cancellation by Vedic Meet
Vedic Meet reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion for various reasons, such as service unavailability, incorrect pricing information, or other issues. If your order is canceled after you've already paid, the amount you paid for the booking will be refunded.
