By accepting these Terms of Usage, you also provide your unconditional consent for the website/app to organize a call with you on your mobile number, even if your number is on the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) service provided by your mobile service provider.

6. Website Content

The Website/app, as well as any linked individual sites, is considered private property. All interactions on this website/app, including consultation, guidance and advice from licensed providers, must adhere to these Terms of Usage

Users are not allowed to post or send any content through this website that violates or infringes upon the rights of others. You can't try to hold the website/app responsible or seek legal action against it for the actions or mistakes of others.

If you're a service provider, like a consultant/astrologer, you should know that your connection with the website/app is just as a member. You're working for yourself and your own benefit. The website can end your profile if you break the rules in the usage terms and the agreed service terms during your registration as a service provider.

10. Orders/Consultation, Cancelation, and Refund

If your order for any reports/consultation has reached the "processing" stage (where a consultant is assigned), no refunds will be given under any circumstances. It's your responsibility as a user to be careful and not rush when placing an order. Once the processing stage has begun, the website/app won't refund any money, and the user is responsible for that decision.

Once you've placed and completed an order/consultation, no refunds will be given. But, if you want to cancel an order before it's done, you need to get in touch with the customer care team within 60 minutes of making the payment. After that, it's up to the website/app to decide if they'll give you a refund.

If there are technical issues or delays on the website/app while processing your request, like when the service provider (consultant) is making reports, you can't ask for a refund. It's important to know that the timeframes mentioned are just estimates, and the website will do its best to stick to them

You won't get a refund if you give the website/app wrong information. Be sure to double-check all the details before you click "Submit." If you realize you made a mistake, you can ask the customer care team to change it, but you need to do this within 60 minutes of the service being done by the service provider.

The services we provide are not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional, or medical treatments. The website/app isn't responsible for the actual effects of the astrological gems on human health. If you decide to use our services, it's entirely your choice, and the website/app isn't responsible for them. In such cases, it's recommended that you use your judgment, and the website/app won't give a refund for these reasons.

If you give the wrong contact number for using the "Call with Consultant" feature, you won't get a refund. If you choose this feature, make sure your contact number has good coverage and answer the call when it comes in. Refunds won't be given for connected calls.

If you get a refund, it will be given after deducting the charges from the bank and/or the payment gateway, and any other charges the website/app had to pay during the processing or delivery of the service.

If the website or the payment gateway's page linked to the website/app is having server problems like being slow, failing, or timing out, here's what you should do before making another payment:

Check if your bank account has been debited.
If your account has been debited, don't make the payment again. Contact the website's/app’s customer care right away to confirm the payment.
If your account hasn't been debited, you can go ahead and start a new transaction to make the payment.

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same order, don't worry. The website/app will refund the extra payments in full, without deducting any transaction charges. They'll only keep the cost of one single order, as you intended.

If the website/app can't accept certain orders and needs to cancel them, they have the right to do so at their discretion. If your order is canceled after you've already paid, the amount you paid for the booking will be refunded.

The website will try its best to handle situations that break the rules mentioned above. However, if the situation gets out of control, the website/app can send a written warning. If a user repeats the violations, they might get banned from using the platform altogether. If there's any money in the user's wallet, it will be refunded, but there might be other charges for these violations.

12. Account Details

Users must provide their banking information when required. For this, users have some responsibilities:

Users need to make sure that the debit/credit card details they provide for using the services are correct and accurate. They should only use cards that they lawfully own or have authorization to use
Users should agree to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details. Users can pay the required fees to the website using a debit/credit card or UPI or online banking account. When initiating a payment, users must ensure the following:
a. They are fully entitled to use the credit/debit card or bank account for the transaction.
b. The card/bank account details they provide are accurate.

The Website also doesn't ensure the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of the content or any advice given by the advisors/consultants/astrologers.

14. Indemnification

The User is responsible for defending, indemnifying, and holding harmless the Website/app, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants, and agents from any claims, liability, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) brought by third parties. This includes claims arising from the User's use of the Services, violation of the Privacy Policy or these Terms of Service, or infringement on any third party's rights. These Terms of Service will apply to the benefit of the Website’s/app’s successors, assigns, and licensees.

15. Proprietary Rights to Content

The User understands that the Content, which includes text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other materials from sponsor advertisements or sent via email, along with commercially produced information provided by the Website/App, its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is safeguarded by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. 16. Notice

Unless mentioned differently in these Terms of Service, all communications to a party should be in writing, sent either through email or traditional mail. Notification is considered received 24 hours after sending an email or three days after depositing in the traditional mail. 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disagreement, claim, or argument arising from or related to these Terms of Usage, including the decision about the extent or relevance of these Terms of Usage to arbitration or your utilization of the Application or the information it provides, will be settled through arbitration in India. This arbitration will be overseen by a single arbitrator, agreed upon by both Members and the Website/App. The arbitration process will adhere to the rules outlined in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the arbitration venue set in New Delhi. All proceedings, including any judgments, will be conducted in English. The arbitration decision will be conclusive and obligatory for the parties involved in the dispute.

However, despite the above, either party retains the right to request temporary or preliminary assistance from a court in New Delhi to safeguard its rights while the arbitration process is ongoing. Both parties consent to the exclusive authority of Indian courts and the venue in New Delhi for any such legal proceedings. If one party initiates legal action contrary to this stipulation, the opposing party may be entitled to recover legal fees and expenses, up to one lakh rupees (INR).

These Terms of Usage will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without applying principles that would necessitate the use of laws from a different state. If, for any reason, a court determines any provision of these Terms of Usage or Privacy Policy to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to achieve the objectives of the provision within the limits of applicable law. The rest of the Terms of Usage or Privacy Policy will remain fully effective. Headings are for reference only and do not define the scope of any section. Any waiver of a provision will be valid only if in writing and signed by Vedic Meet. These Terms of Usage and your use of the Services will be understood according to the laws of India, without considering its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to bring any dispute arising from these Terms of Usage before the jurisdiction of a court in New Delhi. This is applicable for actions where the parties reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights
