When Asuras who had the powers to heal their wounds through self healing won devtas , then devtas went to God Vishnu Ji for help . Vishnu Ji with his powers started killing asuras, but it was worthless. As he got tired, he worshiped God Shiva for blessings. He collected thousand petals for God Shiva and when finding one petal less , he sacrificed his lotus shaped eyes to Shiv Ji. Impressed by Vishnu Ji’s devotion, Shiv ji gave him sudarshan chakra. It has a row of points in V-shapes along the edge with millions of spikes arranged in two rows and is in continuous motion .
