From one mouth comes the word Akaar (Aa), from the second mouth, Ukaar (u), from the third mouth, Mukaar (ma), from the fourth mouth, Bindu (.), and from the fifth mouth, sound (shabd) have appeared. And so when these five words combine, the word Om is formed, which is the original mantra.
