This Terms is entered between the Consultant who signs up to become a Consultant (“You”) on the Vedic Meet platform. When you sign in as a Consultant, you are directly contracting with Vedic Meet Pvt. Ltd. Services by showing your acceptance after clicking on the “I AGREE” button which signifies that you have read the Terms of Service carefully and are bound by the same once your selection as a Consultant is completed with Vedic Meet.
Vedic Meet Pvt. Ltd (“us” “We”, or “Vedic Meet” which also includes its affiliates) is the author and publisher of the internet resource vedicmeet.com and its sub domain and is inclusive but not limited to the application “Vedic Meet”. ‘Vedic Meet’ (together, “Website/app”) owns and operates the services provided through the Website/App.
a) The terms consist of the current Service Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy. Together, they make up the legal agreement (“Terms”) between you and Vedic Meet.
b) Vedic Meet can update, change, or modify the current Terms anytime, and we’ll let you know about it through Email, Website Notification, Application, or other Messaging Services. If you keep using the website/app after we tell you about the changes, it means you agree to the new terms and conditions.
c) The current terms and any changes made to the service terms and conditions, which we inform you about in any way, are important for both parties. They are like an agreement that both you and we need to follow.
d) Upon joining Vedic Meet, certain terms apply:
i) When you join Vedic Meet, there are certain rules to follow. Firstly, you need to upload a recent profile picture that represents you. Once you upload it, you can’t change it unless you ask Vedic Meet for permission. Also, you can’t use the same picture on any other platform or website while you’re using Vedic Meet. If you do, your profile could be deactivated, and you might have to pay a fine of Rs 15,000 by Vedic Meet’s Compliance team.When you create a profile on Vedic Meet, you give them permission to use your profile information, including your picture, in different ways. They can use it for things like marketing, promotions, and branding on the internet, in print, on television, and more. They can also display parts of your profile online or offline and let others, like contractors, vendors, and partners, do the same. It’s important to know and agree to these terms when you sign up for Vedic Meet.
ii) When you use Vedic Meet, it’s important not to share your real name on your profile. Instead, you’ll get a special display name that goes along with your profile picture. Once you pick a display name, you can’t change it unless you ask Vedic Meet. Also, you can’t use that display name anywhere else on the internet or on other platforms. This helps keep things safe and secure for everyone using Vedic Meet. If you have any questions or need to change your display name, just ask Vedic Meet for help.
iii) When you’re using Vedic Meet and offering your services, it’s not allowed to share details about the work you do with the display name and profile picture you have on Vedic Meet. If you want to talk about your work or share it with others, you need to ask Vedic Meet for permission in writing first. This helps maintain a fair and secure environment for everyone using the platform. Always make sure to get the green light from Vedic Meet before publicizing any work you’ve done while using their service.
iv) After you stop using Vedic Meet or end your connection with them, you agree not to use the same display name and profile picture for the next 2 years. This means you can’t immediately use the exact same details right after you stop using Vedic Meet. It’s important to follow this rule for a fair and secure experience for everyone involved. So, if you decide to come back or use similar details elsewhere, just make sure it’s after this 2-year period. This helps keep things clear and fair for everyone.
v) When you’re talking to customers on Vedic Meet, don’t share your real name, full name, or any other name you go by. Stick to using the display name that Vedic Meet gives you for all your communications on the platform, whether it’s through phone calls, reviews, comments, and so on. Breaking this rule could lead to your profile being deactivated, and you might have to pay a fine of Rs 10,000 by Vedic Meet’s Compliance team. It’s essential to follow this to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone using Vedic Meet. Always use the provided display name for any interactions with customers on the platform.
vi) When you give information to Vedic Meet or upload it on their website, make sure it’s all true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. None of the information should go against the law or be illegal. Both you and Vedic Meet agree that if any of the information you provide is discovered to be false or incorrect, a penalty of Rs 50,000 will be imposed, and your profile will be deactivated right away without any notice to you. It’s important to be honest and truthful in the information you share to maintain a fair and trustworthy environment for everyone using Vedic Meet.
e) When you join Vedic Meet, you promise not to use a fake or different name while providing services like those on Vedic Meet on any other internet platform. Also, don’t use the display name and profile picture from your Vedic Meet profile on your personal social media or anywhere else online. If you break this rule, your profile might be turned off without a warning, and you could be fined Rs 25,000 by Vedic Meet’s Compliance team. It’s important to stick to these rules to keep things fair and respectful for everyone using Vedic Meet.
f) When you register with Vedic Meet, you commit not to start a similar platform for two years after you stop using Vedic Meet. It’s not allowed to use the Vedic Meet tag to attract customers that you connected with through Vedic Meet. However, once you’ve completely ended your association with Vedic Meet, you can decide to work with a similar platform. Just make sure not to use the same display name, profile picture, or specific features mentioned in this rule when you do so. Following these guidelines helps maintain fairness and respect for everyone using Vedic Meet.
g) When you join Vedic Meet and they check and confirm your details, they’ll create your profile. Once it’s active, even after the agreement ends, Vedic Meet has the right to keep showing your profile on their platform for two years. This is as long as your profile hasn’t been deactivated or removed for breaking any rules during this time. It’s a way to keep your profile visible on Vedic Meet for a while, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties involved in the agreement.
i) When customers come to you through Vedic Meet, it’s important to treat them with kindness. Using rude language or making threats can result in your profile being turned off for at least three days. To activate your profile again, you’ll need to pay a penalty of Rs 5000. If the penalty isn’t paid within three days, an additional daily penalty of Rs 100 per day will be added until you settle the amount and reactivate your profile. This agreement ensures a respectful and positive experience for customers on Vedic Meet.
ii) When customers ask you questions on Vedic Meet, it’s important to respond in a calm and respectful way. Don’t share the customer’s personal information or talk about why they’re seeking advice anywhere online. If there’s a complaint about this, your profile may be deactivated without any prior warning. Following these guidelines helps maintain a positive and confidential environment for both you and the customers on Vedic Meet.
iii) When using Vedic Meet, it’s essential not to share any content that is against the law or could cause harm. This includes things like being threatening, abusive, or spreading hate. Avoid posting anything that is disrespectful, vulgar, or invades someone else’s privacy. Any content that falls into these categories is not allowed on Vedic Meet. This helps in maintaining a positive and respectful environment for everyone using the platform. It’s important to follow these rules to ensure a safe and friendly experience for all users on Vedic Meet.
iv) When responding to comments or reviews on Vedic Meet, it’s important to be respectful. Even if it’s a customer’s comment, make sure to keep the conversation polite. However, avoid sharing any personal information about the customer or revealing the reason they sought advice. Also, don’t disclose any confidential information shared during your conversation or consultation. Following these guidelines helps maintain a courteous and confidential atmosphere for both you and the customers on Vedic Meet.
v) When you’re part of Vedic Meet, it’s important not to do anything that could harm the company’s reputation and interests. This includes avoiding negative reviews on social platforms, sharing company policies with others, or making any harmful comments about Vedic Meet, its employees, or affiliates. Don’t encourage others to do the same. Breaking this rule could lead to a penalty of Rs 25,000. If you violate this, the green tick on your account will be removed right away, and your account will be temporarily deactivated. To reactivate it, the compliance team will review the case and evidence. If you’re found guilty, your profile might be deactivated permanently. Following these guidelines helps keep a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved with Vedic Meet.
vi) While using Vedic Meet, it’s important not to advertise or support any other platform that offers similar services as Vedic Meet. Breaking this rule could result in a penalty of Rs 25,000, and your account’s green tick will be removed, temporarily deactivating it. To reactivate your account, the compliance team will review all the chats and calls between you and the customer(s). If they find you guilty of violating this rule, your profile might be permanently deactivated. Following these guidelines helps maintain a fair and respectful environment on Vedic Meet.
vii) When you’re using Vedic Meet, it’s crucial not to share any private or sensitive information from your consultations with other users, consultants, or internal members of the Vedic Meet platform, unless you have approval from the concerned team. If you break this rule, you might face a penalty of Rs 25,000. In addition, the green tick on your account will be taken away right away, and your account will be temporarily deactivated. It’s important to follow these guidelines to maintain the security and privacy of all users on Vedic Meet.
i) You must not share any personal details, such as contact numbers, bank account information, emails, websites, blogs, or social media profiles (including Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, SMS, etc.), belonging to yourself or anyone you know, with customers seeking consultation on Vedic Meet. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any direct transactions with customers outside the platform.Vedic Meet’s compliance team regularly conducts checks on its astrologers by trying to connect with them personally as existing Vedic Meet customers. If an astrologer or consultant is found accepting a consultation after knowing that the person is an existing user or customer of Vedic Meet, they will face a penalty. Breaking this rule could result in a penalty of Rs 25,000, and your account’s green tick will be removed, temporarily deactivating it. It’s important to follow these guidelines to protect personal information and maintain a safe environment on Vedic Meet.
ii) You cannot ask for payment for any unpaid/complimentary/free service you provide, no matter the reason.
iii) You agree not to request the customer to put any money into your personal account for the services you provide through Vedic Meet.
iv) If you misuse or indirectly share personal information with the customer, there will be a penalty of Rs 25,000. Also, the green tick on your account will be removed immediately, and your account will be temporarily deactivated if you violate this rule. Adhering to these guidelines ensures a secure and respectful environment on Vedic Meet.
v) To reactivate your account, the compliance team will review all the chats and calls between you and the customer(s). If they find you guilty, your profile might be permanently deactivated.
i) You agree to dedicate at least 4 live hours daily on the app to boost your credibility with the users and customers who regularly visit the platform. The weekly calculation will add up the time you spend on the platform to ensure you meet this requirement.
ii) If you spend less than 4 live hours on the app each day, the Vedic Meet verified Green Badge on your profile may be taken away.
i) You are not allowed to use the app/website to promote your own products for your personal benefit. This means you can’t recommend or sell products that are not specifically listed on Vedic Meet and its tie ups/association.
ii) To prevent any penalties under this rule, you can have your products checked to ensure they are approved to be listed on Vedic Meet and its tie ups/association.
iii) Putting your products on Vedic Meet and it’s tie ups/association doesn’t give you the right to pressure customers into buying only your product. While suggesting a specific product is okay, forcing the customer or using negative effects or threats for any mishap is not allowed. Doing so would break the current terms and conditions.
iv) If you break Clause 2(c) (i), which is about violating certain rules, Vedic Meet will give you a written and verbal warning. You’ll also have to pay a penalty of Rs 10,000 to prevent your profile from being deactivated.
v) If you break the rules mentioned in Clause 2(c) (ii), or if customers complain about such violations, Vedic Meet’s Compliance Team will mark your profile. If you are proven guilty, the payment you received for that consultation will be refunded, and a penalty of Rs 500 for each violation will be imposed on you.
i) You are not allowed to get the contact details of any customer seeking consultation from you and ask them to reach out to you personally for your own benefit.
ii) You agree to tell the customer coming through Vedic Meet to ask all their questions on the platform and remind them not to share their personal details during the chat or call conversations.
iii) If you want to recommend a customer to another consultant on the Vedic Meet platform, you can only do it by sharing the Consultant’s Vedic Meet ID and Name. It’s not allowed to share their information using other methods like phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, websites, or social media handles such as Facebook or Instagram profiles.
iv) You agree not to use any personal information customers share with you during consultations or contacts on Vedic Meet. If you receive such information, like the customer’s contact details, you agree not to contact the customer directly without letting Vedic Meet know, even for personal gains. If you violate this rule, your profile will be deactivated right away, and you’ll face a penalty of Rs 25,000 for each violation. Following this agreement ensures a safe and respectful environment on Vedic Meet.
i) Vedic Meet doesn’t support or encourage any superstitions such as Tantra, Black Magic, Totke, or Vashikaran. It’s recommended that you offer simpler solutions to customers seeking advice. Providing advice directly linked to any harm or danger to life, whether it’s an animal or a human, will be considered a serious violation of the terms and conditions.
ii) Breaking the rule in Clause 2(e)(i) will result in a penalty of Rs 10,000 without any prior warning, and your profile will be banned or removed from the website. Paying the penalty might allow re-activation of your profile, depending on how severe the violation was.
iii) You agree to treat other Consultants on Vedic Meet with respect while providing your services to users/customers. You cannot defame or humiliate any other Consultant listed on the website, using terms like less capable, inefficient, or less knowledgeable. Engaging in such behavior is a serious violation of the terms, and you’ll face a penalty of Rs 10,000 for such actions.
i) You agree not to share the login details you get from Vedic Meet with anyone, including both Vedic Meet and its tie ups/association. The system tracks data from the IP address you use on the website, and if it detects a violation of this rule, you will face a penalty of Rs 25,000, and your profile will be deactivated.
ii) You agree not to give your personal account information, which you used to register with Vedic Meet, to anyone else. It’s not allowed to offer consultation to a customer through someone else pretending to be you. Doing such impersonation can lead to legal consequences for you, including a fine of Rs 25,000, and your profile being deactivated.
iii) You agree not to pretend to be someone else, like another Consultant on Vedic Meet, guide, or falsely claim to be affiliated with a person, entity, or other platforms.
iv) It’s recommended that you inform us about all the devices you use to access the website by sending an email to contact@vedicmeet.com.
v) If you break this rule, you will receive both a written and verbal warning, along with a penalty of Rs 25,000. The green tick on your profile will be removed right away for such a violation. Moreover, if you are found violating Clause 2(f)(ii), an additional penalty of Rs 25,000 will be imposed, and your profile will be permanently deactivated.
i) Vedic Meet strictly prohibits making predictions on sensitive issues that could lead customers to make uninformed choices. You are strongly advised to avoid consulting customers on a non-exhaustive list of topics, including but not limited to predicting the gender of an unborn child, specifying dates/times for medical procedures, predicting criminal offenses, success through illegal means, and outcomes related to gambling, money laundering, drug abuse, or any form of death, be it accidental or medical. This helps ensure responsible and ethical advice on the platform.
ii) Vedic Meet has the authority to respond to violations of this rule by taking legal action, which may involve a penalty of Rs 25,000 and the instant deactivation of your profile. Both parties agree that if your profile is deactivated due to this violation, you will be blacklisted, preventing any future interactions or contracts with Vedic Meet.
iii) You agree and confirm that if a customer is unhappy with the services you provided, including incorrect predictions or if the service couldn’t be delivered due to internet problems or other reasons, you will willingly refund the amount to the customer’s account. Additionally, you should promptly inform Vedic Meet about this. If a violation of this rule is reported to Vedic Meet, the customer will be refunded without notifying you, and a penalty of Rs 500 per violation will be applied.
iv) Both parties agree that all chat conversations and call consultations you have with customers/users on the website will be recorded for quality purposes. Vedic Meet has the right to monitor these interactions for quality assurance but will seek your prior approval for such monitoring.
v) You agree and affirm that when responding to reports, you will not simply copy and paste information from another application. Instead, you commit to typing all answers independently after thoroughly examining the customer’s issues and charts. Any instances of complaints regarding copied answers or poor report quality may result in an immediate refund to the customer. Additionally, a penalty of Rs 10,000 will be imposed on you, and your report section will be closed, along with the removal of the green tick.
When you log out of your account, it’s important to indicate your Next Online Availability: which is the expected time for your next login and when you’ll be available on the website. This practice is crucial for building a loyal customer base and enhancing your personal growth through the platform. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in a negative impact on your profile, increasing your penalty count by +1 and potentially causing your profile to be moved to the bottom of the website.
If you dedicate a minimum of 4 hours daily exclusively to our website/app, you can earn a Vedic Meet Verified Green Badge. However, this badge is subject to removal if you violate any terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You consent to the creation of a crawler by the website to monitor your profile on competitor platforms for potential violations. If the Green Badge is removed due to any violation, a fee of RS 25,000/- is required for reactivating the badge.
The website allows customers to provide reviews for the services you offer. Customers can express both positive and negative feedback based on their experience with your services. It’s important to note that you should not delete or remove any reviews. If there’s a need for changes in the reviews, you can submit a request for deletion through the “Reviews” tab in your dashboard. The technical team will then review the request and take necessary actions accordingly.
i) You can access the pricing details on your dashboard, and if you wish to make changes, you can submit a request to the Technical team through your dashboard. It’s important to understand and agree to the policy that allows adjustments to the pricing, either an increase or decrease of up to 20%. These changes can be implemented every 30 days, starting from your joining date or the last update of your profile’s pricing.
ii) Both parties have mutually agreed that for consultations conducted through Vedic Meet, 50% of the customer’s payment will be kept by Vedic Meet, and the remaining 50% will be transferred to your provided account details. This arrangement is subject to any special offers or promotions presented to the customer by Vedic Meet, including moneyback guarantee offers and promotional schemes with discounts, and also payment gateway charges.
iii) Regardless of the details in clause 3(d)(ii), when consultations involve offers presented to customers during booking, the payment to you will be proportionate to the offering provided by Vedic Meet. If the promotional offer results in an amount less than 50%, the payment to you will reflect the deduction due to the promotional offer granted to the customer.
You acknowledge that once your profile is verified by the Compliance team, any changes to it must receive prior approval and undergo re-verification. If you wish to modify the content of your profile, you are required to submit a request through the dashboard by raising a ticket on the platform.
Vedic Meet has the authority to enhance or modify any feature available to you on the platform. If any new feature is added, upgraded, or removed, you will be informed through your notice board/dashboard in the Vedic Meet Application. Your ongoing use of the website indicates your acceptance of the implemented updates.
The “Growth & Training” feature mandates new astrologers to watch all training videos before accessing chat, call, or video call consultations. Failure to complete video training will suspend consultation services until videos are watched. Similarly, newly added videos require immediate viewing to resume consultation capabilities. Consultants must maintain compliance with training updates to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform’s consultation features.
a) You acknowledge that all services provided by you through the platform come with a charge. In case a user/customer files a complaint seeking a refund, the complaint will undergo a review by the Administrator/Compliance Team. If the complaint is deemed legitimate, a refund, either full or partial, will be processed without requiring your approval. It is mutually understood that Vedic Meet’s decision on refund matters is final. Once a refund is initiated, it applies to both parties involved in this agreement, namely, you and Vedic Meet.
b) For users seeking consultations from abroad through the website/app, any payment made through the payment gateway can be refunded if a complaint is lodged for refund. Both parties agree that if a refund is approved for a foreign user, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your account.
c) Regardless of the information mentioned in the clauses above, a refund can only be initiated for services provided within the last three years from the date of the user/customer’s refund request.
a) You agree to protect and compensate the Website, along with its affiliates, directors, employees, and other officers, from any claims, liabilities, actions, proceedings, demands, expenses, etc., that may arise due to your use of the platform or any unauthorized use or violation of the profile you have created and managed on the Website.
b) The party seeking indemnification must inform the other party before making any claim for indemnification. Additionally, they need to provide all legal pleadings and necessary documents related to the indemnifiable proceeding to the party responsible for indemnification.
c) If the party that should receive indemnification doesn’t inform the other party about the situation that requires indemnification, the party responsible for indemnifying will be released from its obligation to the extent that it is harmed by the lack of notification from the party seeking indemnification.
These rules, and any conflicts emerging from them, will be controlled by the laws applicable in the National Capital Delhi. The courts in Delhi will be the only ones with the authority to handle and resolve any disputes that may arise between the involved parties based on these terms.7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement related to these terms and the website, the initial step for resolution will involve alternative methods such as arbitration, mediation, and conciliation. The decision made by the arbitrator will be ultimate and mandatory for both parties involved.
The parties agree that if any part of these terms is declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court with the appropriate authority, the other remaining parts of these terms will still be valid and in effect.
If any clause is declared or found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that specific clause will be removed from these terms. However, the other clauses will remain unaffected and continue to be valid.
You agree to keep confidential information strictly confidential and prevent its disclosure to any third party. The confidential information can only be utilized for the Website’s/App’s purposes under these terms and should not be used for your own benefit or the benefit of any other party.
Vedic Meet will be the exclusive owner of all the content created and shown on the Vedic Meet Platform, including data exchanged between users (customers) and the Consultant. This ownership will persist even after the agreement has ended or been terminated.
Limitation On Liability: Neither party will be responsible for damages resulting from a breach of contract that is distant, uncertain, or couldn’t have been reasonably anticipated when entering into this agreement.
Assignment: Neither party can transfer these terms or any of their rights or responsibilities under these terms without obtaining written consent from the other party.

Vedic Meet reserves the right to change or modify, from time to time, any provision related to the Service(s) or these Terms, including, but not limited to penalty clauses under the sections – “Obligations and Performance,” “Usage of Features,” “Refunds and Cancellation,” etc., at its sole discretion. Any such change(s) shall be effective immediately upon the posting of revised Terms and may or may not be separately notified via email. You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to the ‘LAST UPDATED’ at the top of these Terms. By signing onto the application and agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions” anytime after the “LAST UPDATED” date, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms herein, including the amended Terms published from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree with any such change, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of the Application. We encourage you to refer to the “Terms and Conditions” every time you log into the application. It is, further, clarified that your use and access to the Application/Service(s) are subject to the most recent version of these Terms made available on the Application at the time of such use.
